Car and Driver: Officially for Old People
Car and Driver Magazine just announced its list of 10 Best for 2009. Many are shoe-ins, including the perennially fantastic MX-5 and the rockstar Infiniti G37. But the Accord? Who the hell voted that one in? Yes, I've driven it. Yes, it's fine. But it's also too big and totally uninteresting to drive. The latter being an irredeemable sin in my book.

Didn't I read somewhere that in a flat out drag race, the Accord V6 was faster than a Subaru WRX?
Just don't turn the wheel. :)
Possibly so with the old WRX. The V6 in the Accord is a very likable motor and has mucho oomph. Though, according to published numbers the new-gen WRX beats it 0-60 with a quick 4.7-seconds (C&D) versus the 2008 Accord posting about a 5.5-second 0-60. Still, in the Accord you're bathed in a baby-poo brown interior (and I know baby poo).
I would have to agree whats up with having the Accord voted in there it is an old mans car its too big and bulky.
