Terms: Pit Pass members have unlimited access to all streams provided by Driving Sports TV (DSTV) for the duration of the membership. Though every attempt will be made to provide live streams according to schedule, quality and availability of live streams from remote events are greatly dependent on resources outside of DSTV's control. Driving Sports is not responsible for any member's Internet access fees or computer performance issues: a modern computer attached to a minimum 400kbps (download) Internet connection (DSL, FiOS, Cable) for live video streaming is recommended. Though we will strive to provide the best coverage possible, no refunds will be issued for the inability to provide live video streams for specific events. Membership benefits may be altered at any time. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can cancel at any time and no future charges will be made to your account. There will be no partial refunds. Members do not gain any interest in the business or operations through their membership participation. This membership program and the content herein is for entertainment only. If any member engages in repeated ill behavior in their public contributions (excessive profanity, racial slurs, or other behaviors generally considered poor form) that member's account may be suspended or canceled without any refund for the unused portion.
